A simple focus session
Choose focus and break durations, then start the timer. Pause when needed and switch between focus and break. It does not collect time-use data or send notifications outside the page.
Example and limitations
Remaining time is based on the device clock to reduce background-tab drift. Closing the page stops the session. Break a task into a small concrete goal to assess progress.
Does it run after closing the browser?
No. It is an in-page timer, not a background alarm app.
